Good afternoon JasonI wanted to drop you a line to acknowledge how amazing Neil and Paul were on Tuesday evening.I was delivering a driving event at Oulton Park yesterday and one of the transporters bringing some of the cars in took a wrong turn. This then resulted in the lorry ‘sliding’ into a ditch. As you can imagine, with half a million pounds worth of cars on board it was a rather worrying time. However, ‘Ned’ and ‘Bucket’ were so very professional and reassuring. It was a very slow job to get things right, but they did it. JPW originally won the STW contract 6 years ago for fully outsourced maintenance provision in the Stoke-On-Trent area. The contract has worked exceptionally well for us, with high levels of customer service, a very flexible attitude, high maintenance standards and excellent cost control. We have expanded the contract to include breakdown and have had almost no need to take vehicles to the dealer network. JPW also service most of our mobile plant items on-site which has been very helpful. One of their strengths is their multi-skilled technicians who can solve any problem quickly and efficiently. We have received very positive feedback from our end users and I am happy with the overall service.

Great service – our vehicle broke down on the M56 130 miles from home. I found JPW Commercials on a search engine and had not used their services previously. They recovered our vehicle and returned it to our depot in a most professional manor. Their recovery driver said he had worked for the company for years – I can see why!
