Quality Policy Statement

JPW Commercials Ltd is committed to providing the best possible service to all of their customers all of the time. It is company policy to achieve customer satisfaction and to provide a range of services including roadside assistance, recovery and repair and which are second to none in terms of quality, reliability and value for money.

This commitment to quality extends from the Directors to all members of the workforce and shall be reviewed on a regular basis for compliance to specify requirements and to ensure a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.

This policy is supported by a fully documented Management System based upon the requirements of the International Standard for Quality ISO 9001 2015, the Safe Recovery of Vehicles from the Roadside PAS 43 2015 and the National Highways Sector Scheme NHSS 17/17B. Performance of the quality system shall be monitored by Jason Wiltshaw to ensure compliance with the requirements of the standard. Review of set targets and objectives for improvement and compliance with all relevant legislation.
