Join our dynamic team as a Light Recovery Operative, JPW Commercials Ltd provide services to major breakdown organisations, removal services to government authorities, which means our workloads are diverse and challenging. Due to continued growth our entry level positions have excellent progression opportunities for the right candidates.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Light recovery operative where you will be working within a busy, fast paced environment.

Key Skills

Experience within the recovery industry is desirable and further training will be provided for the right candidate.

· Full valid driving licence – No more than 6 points

· A Class 2 Driving Licence, along with DCPC and a Digital Drivers Card

· Thrives under pressure

· Rotating shift patterns (8.5hrs – 1 week on call)

· Excellent communication skills

· Vetting Approval required to support Police Force roadside operations

· Excellent Geographical knowledge

· The ability and motivation to work on your own initiative

The Role

· Average earnings dependant on experience and shift pattern

· Up to 28 days holiday

· Further details available at interview regarding shifts and rota

· Overtime available

· Further training will be provided by our accredited IVR trainer

· Personal Protective Equipment provided

· Uniform provided
